The DairyJet is a smart, user-friendly tool for cleaning Teats before milking. This contactless cleaning reduces the risk of bacterial infections, such as mastitis. This contributes to healthier cows, less mortality and consistent milk quality – without extra work.
Mastitis is common on dairy farms and affects animal health and yield. In many cases, environmental bacteria are the cause. The DairyJet helps to reduce this risk by Teats quick and hygienic cleaning with a powerful, focused water jet.

DairyJet users quickly notice a difference. In a trial, the number of coliform bacteria in the milk dropped from 50 to 20 germs* within three weeks – a clear improvement in quality. This can make a big difference, especially for companies that supply milk for cheese production.

How does it work?
The DairyJet is easy to install on the mouth of a standard udder shower (e.g. from Gilmour) and fits most common nozzles. Attachment is via the existing rubber cap of the nozzle.
TIP: Also suitable for treating cows when using a milking robot.

Work instruction:

Remove the standard rubber cap from the udder shower.

Push this firmly into the DairyJet until it is securely attached.

Tighten the assembly firmly onto the nozzle.

Check that the jet only comes out of the front of the DairyJet.

Set the water pressure to 3–4 bar for optimal results.
