The Dairy Pulsator Tester (DPT) is a diagnostic system and tool that measures the pressure in the pulsating and vacuum system of milking machines. Despite decades of experience in dairy farming, many farmers do not know the operating parameters of their own milking equipment. Therefore, they cannot control the milking machines, while profitability largely depends on the proper functioning of the machines.
The DPT can be used to identify operational problems of the milking machine to achieve effective, efficient and optimal production. And thus reduce the chance of teat infections, udder infections and other milking machine problems.Easy to use
The DPT consists of a meter and an application that work together on a smartphone/tablet. The meter sends the measurement data via the Bluetooth communication system to the application, which displays, stores and evaluates the data that determines the efficiency and effectiveness of the milking machines.
