Topro Opti Boost Calf Bolus
The Topro Opti Boost Calf bolus is a complementary feed for newborn calves in the form of a bolus that provides the animal with dextrose, yeast (inactivated), rapeseed oil, and calcium stearate. This bolus supplies the calf with trace elements and vitamins that become quickly available, giving the calf a vitamin and mineral boost. Additionally, some trace elements are added in chelated form, which enhances absorption in the body. Dosage: 1 Opti Boost Calf Bolus immediately after birth and 1 Opti Boost Calf bolus 24 hours later, if necessary. Instructions for use:
Administer with a suitable bolus applicator.
It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian or feed expert before use regarding: 1. the balance of trace elements in the daily diet 2. the status of the herd with respect to trace elements.
To increase density, the bolus contains 16% inert iron, where applicable.
Where applicable, it should be avoided to administer additives from other sources for which a maximum content has been established simultaneously with those of a bolus.
