The Story

Topro Opti Trace Cow bolus

  • Topro Opti Trace Cow bolus is a mineral dietary feed in the form of a bolus specially tailored for young cattle/dairy cattle from 250 kg.
  • The bolus releases a daily amount of trace elements (iodine, cobalt, copper, zinc, and selenium) for 6 months. This contributes to optimal resistance and fertility for dairy cattle and young cattle over 250 kg.
  • A bolus can also be administered to provide extra support to a cow during growth or at times of high stress such as illness, calving, or insemination.

Dosage

  • Dairy cattle: 1 Opti Trace Cow Bolus every 200 days. At drying off, 1 Topro Dry bolus can be administered as an extra if necessary
  • Young cattle over 250 kg: 1 Opti Trace Cow Bolus at turnout and 1 Opti Trace Cow bolus at Barn (or 1 Opti Trace Cow bolus every 200 days)
Not Administer for young cattle under 250 kg
  • Do not Administer 2 Opti Trace Cow boluses at the same time

Explanation of instructions for use

  • Administer with a suitable bolus applicator
  • It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian or feed specialist before use regarding: 1. the balance of trace elements in the daily diet 2. the status of the herd concerning trace elements
  • To increase density, the bolus contains 16.5% inert iron, where applicable
  • Where applicable, it should be avoided to simultaneously administer additives from other sources for which a maximum content has been set, together with those of a bolus

  • Packaging unit: 12 x 120 gr
