Topro Phosphorus bolus

Topro Phosphorus bolus is a mineral dietary supplement for dairy cows to reduce the risk of milk fever. Around calving, a disturbed mineral balance often occurs. A calcium deficiency (milk fever) is the most well-known of these. An additional issue may be a phosphorus deficiency. This deficiency can lead to the Downer syndrome. This condition manifests itself, among other things, in the animal being unable to stand upright. In contrast to milk fever, the temperature, heart rate, and breathing are normal. 2 boluses at the first signs of calving
2 boluses immediately after calving
Dosage after a calcium infusion
2 boluses as soon as the cow stands up again
2 boluses 10 – 12 hours later

Administer with a suitable bolus applicator
It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian or feed specialist before use regarding:
1. the balance of trace elements in the daily diet 2. the status of the herd with respect to trace elements
To increase density, the bolus contains 16% inert iron, where applicable
Where applicable, it should be avoided that additives for which a maximum content has been established are administered simultaneously from other sources with those of a bolus
